The Spring / Summer collection, named “COMUNIDAD CDMX,” tells the story of a summer design affair between two creative minds—taking you through Mexico City, the multifaceted metropolis (also known as CDMX), straight into a vibrant, urban community and Mexican craftsmanship. The result is an unconventional interplay of colors created in close collaboration between Acapulco Design Owner Benjamin Caja & the renowned designer Stephanie Thatenhorst.

As part of the collaboration, we are launching a new product—the brand’s first Swinging Chair. Building on the legendary Acapulco Chairs, Acapulco Design presents for the first time 2 versions of an inviting hanging armchair that are eye-catching both indoors and outdoors. The hanging chair can be attached to a room ceiling, a traverse, or—outside— to a tree.

Material – Galvanized steel, powder-coated, seat made of elastic plastic, free from harmful substances and UV-resistant. The ergonomic seat shell adapts to the shape of the body, suitable for both outdoor and indoor use, with very high durability
