FirmaPanel sends service and transactional emails and in-app notifications that are needed to operate the marketplace, including:

• Inquiries and inquiry thread messages
• Quotes, quote updates, acceptance or rejection
• Trade creation and important trade status updates
• Membership and account or security notices

These messages are part of using the platform and are not marketing newsletters. You should keep your email address accurate so you do not miss critical updates.
