These terms apply to buyers using FirmaPanel to discover suppliers, send inquiries, exchange messages, review quotes, and participate in trades.

Accurate information

Buyers should provide accurate request details and communicate in good faith. Misuse of the messaging or inquiry system may result in restrictions.

Commercial relationship

Commercial terms are between buyer and vendor. FirmaPanel provides tools to support the process but is not responsible for performance of underlying contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
