FirmaPanel provides an online B2B marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Use and our other published policies.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or harm the marketplace.

Marketplace role

FirmaPanel facilitates introductions, messaging, quotes, and trade tracking. Unless expressly stated otherwise, FirmaPanel is not a party to contracts between buyers and vendors. Parties negotiate and perform their own commercial terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will adjust the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
