Vendor Agreement

This agreement applies to suppliers using FirmaPanel to list products, respond to inquiries, send quotes, and manage trades.

Account and profile

Vendors must provide truthful company information, maintain account security, and keep listings aligned with the Listing Policy.

Conduct and compliance

Vendors must comply with applicable laws, export/sanctions rules where relevant, and our Acceptable Use Policy. Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behaviour may lead to suspension or termination.
