The TC Series is sleekly modern with the knife handle’s slim profile and uniquely tapering full tang emphasizing the simple, smooth lines and flush seams of the knife line. A singular mosaic rivet keenly offsets the straightforward aspects of the design, it is both balanced and bold. Each knife is forged from high-alloy Swedish Sandvik® 14C28N Steel making the knives exceptionally durable and sharp. This proprietary fine grained steel is further enhanced with a precise 6 stage heat treatment process giving the metal a 59 +/- 2 Rockwell Hardness Rating. After 2 years of intense research and development Cangshan has perfected the exact heating and ice hardening process to ensure each blade can hold a sharp 16 degree Asian style edge and will keep that sharpness up to 5 times longer than comparable top brand knives currently in the market. Expertly handcrafted by adept bladesmiths Cangshan’s focused attention on quality ensure that these knives precisely and effectively perform their cutting functions, giving the user a responsive and refined tactile experience that both enhances and augments their skills and process.
