Cangshan S+ Series Knives

The S+ Series is a sleek and slim design adding strong, vivid colors to brilliantly contrast the dark and stunning black Titanium coated blade. Simple, smooth curves subtly showcase the bright colors of the handle bringing a beautiful balance to bold. Forged from German steel these knives boast a 58 +/- 2 Rockwell Hardness Rating giving the blades an excellent balance of hardness and durability and allowing them to take a keen Asian style edge. Currently the S+ Series is offered in 5 color choices, Noir Black, Vanilla White, French Teal, Atlantic Blue and Jupiter Red. Each set includes a 5 inch santoku and a 3.5 inch serrated paring knife, both of which come with plastic sheaths in matching colors for convenient and safe storage. As we continue to receive and engage the feedback from our consumers we found a rising desire for a smaller, minimal knife set with a focus on bold, bright colors. Some of our users prefer a smaller knife to work with as they feel more comfortable and safe cutting with it during food prep. These knife sets are the perfect solution for home chefs with smaller kitchens or who do not need a large knife block set on the countertop.
