The Sanelli San knives, entirely manufactured in our factory in Premana, reproduce the lines and characteristics of Japanese handmade knives. The special sharpening allows to obtain a better precision in cutting, necessary for the typically oriental preparations, considered a true art in Japan. Available in the range the most known traditional models.
Handle
Made in Delrin, the most resistant thermoplastic among the polymers of DUPONT. The handle is perfectly aligned to the top edge of the blade.
