HADO Shiosai Series Knife
HADO is a knife made by Fukui Co., Ltd. in Sakai. It is sharpened in a small workshop located on the first floor of the company.
The Shiosai (潮騒) series features a tsuchime pattern representing the splashing waves and the sound of the ocean in various sizes and forms. This series uses a rust-resistant blade (SPG2). Like the other series, we round the corners of the spine and heel where your fingers rest when gripping the knife and polish them to a mirror finish.
We aim to create knives that not only feel comfortable to hold but are also beautiful, making you happy to use them.
