The 197 Collection finds its roots in colorful designs concept drawings from the 1970's which were later translated into products.
From kitchen to table, these quality cut out blade knives are featured in 6 models for everyday use :
- Stylet Paring knife 7cm,
- Paring knife 8cm,
- Meat knife 10cm,
- Table knife 10.5cm,
- Steak knife 11.5cm
- And now also Utility knife 11cm
All 197 knives are made, using a X45Cr14 with PP handle steel grade and available in 8 colors : orange, green, purple, yellow, pink, turquoise, black, red. With possibility of mixed colors sets
Knives can be washed in the dishwasher.
Each knife is fully made in French Capital of Cutlery : Thiers, France.
