XX1 Pen Stainless Steel
Created at the beginning of the 21st century, the XX1 range is the perfect mix between ancestral know-how in the Thiernoise region and modern manufacturing methods. It is fully forged from a single 1.4116 stainless steel rod. The product is later on heat treated to reach a hardness of 56-58 HRC, a good compromise between long lasting sharpness and ease of sharpening.
This product is 70% hand made, the materials are of western European origin (France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany... Depends on our supplier) and all the manufacturing steps are 100% made in Thiers.
