Tulip 60 Degree Perforated Round Pizza Shovel
Cerutti Inox Tulip 60° perforated pizza shovel is in anodized aluminium.
Aluminium anodizing is an electrochemical process that applies an artificial oxide patina to the metal alloy,
Technically, the oxide covers the surface of the aluminium giving it greater resistance to atmospheric agents, abrasion and greater homogeneity of the finish.
This shovel has got "ear" holes that allow a better flow of flour, so as to obtain a better cooking without burning.
