SAE J1401 Hydraulic Brake Rubber Hose
K&K ’95 hydraulic brake rubber hose is designed for automotive hydraulic brake systems and suitable for use with non-petroleum-based hydraulic fluids. Manufactured with a black EPDM inner tube, PVA textile braided reinforcement, and a weather-resistant EPDM outer cover, this hose offers high flexibility, long service life, and reliable performance in demanding brake applications.
The hose complies with SAE J1401 standards and is marked with white DOT identification lettering. It is designed for low expansion hydraulic brake use and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. With a working pressure of 120 bar, two reinforcement inserts, and a minimum bending radius of 25 mm, it is suitable for professional automotive brake hose production, repair, and aftermarket supply.
