Untrimmed Pangasius Fillet from Que Ky Foods is a Vietnamese white-fish fillet supplied with more of the natural trimming left in place than a fully cleaned fillet. That makes it suitable for processors, foodservice buyers or kitchens that prefer to complete trimming according to their own yield and portion requirements.

Pangasius has a mild flavor and soft texture, but the defining feature here is the untrimmed presentation. Fillet size, glaze, skin or fat removal level and frozen pack format determine the usable yield of the product.
