Meditation Cushion Set

A Meditation set consists of a Zabuton mat and a Zafu Cushion that helps you create a sacred space so that every time you sit on it, you get into the mindset of meditation. It provides soft padding for your knees and ankles, which is especially helpful on a hard floor. It also provides warmth so a cold floor won’t distract you from your practice.

We designed these sets with a certified organic cotton twill exterior and an organic tucked inner filled with cotton batting that provides support without being too hard. It is made to maintain its softness and its form for ongoing meditation practice.

This is the classic, versatile meditation cushion. Also known as a Zafu, Meditation pillow, Zafu pillow or Yoga pillow, our meditation cushions are created to help you meditate more comfortably. They are suitable for a wide range of meditation styles including, but not limited to: Mindfulness meditation, Zen meditation (Zazen), Relaxation meditation and Yoga meditation.

Their purpose is to provide you with a solid, but comfortable, base on which to sit, with good posture allowing you to concentrate on the task ahead. Many of our cushions are designed for cross-legged sittings.

The Zabuton comes with the cotton batting enclosed in cotton duck fabric and is tufted at several places. This mat comes with a zippered, removable, and washable Cotton Twill cover in your choice of colour.
