FIREUP Cast Iron Braiser
Introducing the FIREUP Braiser—our most versatile and innovative cast-iron pan yet.
Why Braiser?
The Braiser is one of the most versatile cookware pieces a home cook can own. Its shallow, wide design ensures perfect searing, while the domed lid locks in steam and flavor for tender braises, roasts, and slow-cooked dishes.
From braising meats and vegetables to making one-pan family meals like paella, biryani, or baked pasta, the FIREUP Braiser does it all. It’s equally at home shallow frying, sautéing, or transforming into an oven-to-table showpiece for casseroles, gratins, and baked dishes. You can even use it to bake breads, pies, or cobblers — and serve them directly in style. It’s the piece you’ll reach for more than you ever imagined. What's different? Standard cookware only heats from the bottom, resulting in inefficient heating and uneven cooking. Our fin design guides heat across the bottom and up the sides of the cookware, heating upto 44% faster and cooking more evenly. This results in more even cooking, eliminating hotspots and enhancing cooking performance for breads, stews, meats etc. Developed by a rocket scientist, FIREUP is a great example of science meeting design. Years of laboratory testing were conducted to confirm the science behind the patented fin design. But the aim of our innovation is simple: to deliver an incredible cooking experience.
