ELO Kirschrot Cast Iron Serving Pan with Lid
Ideal for braising, boiling, roasting and baking The enameled cast iron roasters from ELO combine traditional craftsmanship with modern functionality for unique enjoyment. In addition to classic dishes such as stuffed peppers, ratatouille, braised meat and delicious home-baked bread, many other dishes can be prepared in practical cast iron, such as: B. also vegetables. The proven and traditional material requires only a little fat or cooking oil for frying and the pot lid complements the cooking process perfectly and ensures juicy, tender cooking results thanks to the specially designed lid. The innovative groove structure in the lid ensures that the rising moisture that arises during the cooking process condenses and collects on the grooves so that it drips evenly back onto the food. This makes the food juicy and tender, natural flavors are retained and prevents the food from burning. The silicone ring in the stainless steel button prevents heat from being transferred to the stainless steel button. The cast tableware can be heated up to 240 °C. The main advantage of cast iron is that the heat is evenly distributed across the floor and wall and is therefore evenly transferred to the food being cooked. The cast iron products are indispensable for both professional chefs and tasteful hobby kitchens.
