ELITE Stainless Beechwood Base Ham Holder
Ham holder made in Spain with the best characteristics: its base is made of European white beech and its surface is eco-friendly, which makes it suitable for children and domestic, and all its ironworks are made of stainless steel AISI-304 and black polyethylene PE-500. It includes a folding headrest with rotatory bushings, which allow the rotation of the ham as much as you please without removing it from the ham holder, and a folding, v-shaped piece made of polyethylene PE-500 at the bottom part of the ham holder, allowing us to place the ham without employing any spikes that might damage it as well as it protects the knife edge.
Our Elite models facilitate ham cutting to practitioners, as they allow a versatile movement. We can place the ham into the desired position by moving the lever, covering 80º of roll angle to facilitate the third cut of the ham, while the piece is perfectly fastened. These models are detachable for easy transportation, which makes them compatible with our professional suitcase. To guarantee its optimum fastening, this Ham holder includes four non-slip, silicone legs.
