EI 90 Cross Galvanized Steel Double-Leaf Fire Door
The EI 90 Cross Double-Leaf Fire Door is designed to provide reliable fire protection, smoke control, sound insulation, and dust resistance for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, public spaces, residential projects, hospitals, and schools.
Manufactured with durable zinc-coated galvanized steel sheet, the door structure includes high-performance insulation materials such as fire-resistant gypsum board, high-density rock wool, ceramic wool, fire board, intumescent seals, and acoustic gaskets. This combination helps prevent the spread of fire, heat, smoke, and noise while supporting safer evacuation during emergencies.
With its EI 90 fire resistance rating, the Cross fire door provides up to 90 minutes of fire integrity and insulation. It can be produced in different sizes and customized with glass or ventilation grille options, depending on project requirements.
The door is equipped with practical and reliable hardware, including a concealed lock system, spring-loaded and bearing hinges, panic bar systems, and handle options. Frame alternatives include easy-install demountable frames, full frames, and corner frames, making it suitable for different installation conditions.
For surface finishing, the Cross Double-Leaf Fire Door can be supplied with RAL-coded electrostatic powder coating or optional 304 grade stainless steel for a more durable and premium appearance.
Produced according to TS EN 16034-1+A1:2018 standards, the EI 90 Cross Double-Leaf Fire Door is a strong choice for projects that require certified fire safety, long-term durability, and professional architectural appearance.
