Deglon High Temperature Smart Pastry Tools

A range of 4 monoblock -one-piece- silicone soft spatulas (1 brush) to offer resistance to high temperatures and meet HACCP requirements:
- made of silicone: flexibility / high temperature resistance of the useful part and the handle (260°)
- Stainless steel core, for a guaranteed hold and better handling

A rage of 3 monoblock one-piece rigid spatulas to offer resistance to high temperatures and meet HACCP requirements ( ensuring 100% robustness and hygiene)
Made of polyamide and fiberglass: rigid / high temperature resistant (230°)

All models are equipped with the Stop Glisse handle, allowing the tool to be held on the edge of the preparation bowl.
