From the idea to the product; almost unlimited range of options offered by thermoset material and metal in terms of shape and strength, the production depth of our high-performance metal and thermoset productions. Our attractive, functional designs, patented and innovative attachment systems, an outstanding and reliable quality in product and production and coverage of the entire performance range are our basis. It all comes from one source, implemented by 140 outstanding employees often trained in-house in the technical and commercial professions, in development, construction, design and production. Supported by state-of-the-art 3D development technology and the in house highly specialised mould and tool construction. We advise and support our customers from the first product sketch to material selection and sampling to a product ready for production that must meet the highest quality demands. Since we only produce at our two German sites of Neunkirchen and Burbach, we are able to supervise and ensure this in every single production step. This includes the know-how and commitment of our employees and continuous personal contact and exchange with our customers and suppliers. We test mechanical properties and application specific functions in our own test lab based on applicable standards such as DIN EN 12983-1, according to TÜV- and UL-specifications.
