Guardini glass pans are made of borosilicate glass, a material that ensures a healthy and safe cooking. They are also resistant to thermal shock and scratches. Our glass pans are ideal for cooking, preparing, heating and freezing dishes easily and safely, as well as presenting the dishes directly to the table.
The advantages of borosilicate glass are many: it resists to extreme temperatures, from - 40 ºC to + 300 ºC; it resists to thermal shocks up to 200 ºC; it can be used in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer; it is a healthy, BPA-free, hygienic material and it does not retain stains or odors; it is also resistant to scratches and wear.
