COOKING WITH PORCELAIN ENAMEL
- Enamel cookware can be used for all stove types (except the microwave) and is perfectly suited for induction stoves due to the magnetisable iron core.
- Cooking with enamel means more health and enjoyment, because enamel is absolutely odour neutral due to the glass surface. So, meals retain their unadulterated taste.
- At the same time, the perfect heat conduction and retention at the heart of the food is unsurpassable. The heat supply should therefore always occur in stages, and can be held back quickly. This particularly applies to induction cooking. This way, not only are the healthy ingredients and precious flavours retained, but you also save energy.
- In the case of a nickel allergy, enamel is recommended for cooking.
