AnySharp Evo Stone Hands-Free Knife Sharpener

AnySharp Evo Stone is a hands-free countertop knife sharpener using tungsten-carbide sharpening tools and a PowerGrip suction base that fixes the unit to a smooth work surface. The Evo design is preset to a 20-degree sharpening angle and can be used on many steel knives, including selected serrated blades.

The Stone version uses the neutral Stone colorway while retaining the Evo's removable metal-filings tray, replaceable sharpening tools and left- or right-handed central suction lever. The product is designed for quick maintenance without requiring freehand sharpening skill.
