920 Foam Master Foam Sanding Disc
920 Foam Master Flexible Disc is a premium foam-backed sanding disc designed for precision sanding, paint preparation, and flawless surface finishing. Its soft foam backing allows the disc to adapt easily to curves, contours, and edges, helping achieve smooth and uniform sanding results with reduced risk of sanding marks or burn-through.
Made with aluminum oxide abrasive grain and a durable film structure, it provides consistent scratch patterns and reliable cutting performance during dry sanding applications. The special resin bonding improves durability and grain retention, while the open coating helps reduce clogging and supports cleaner sanding on sensitive painted surfaces.
The multiple-hole design improves dust extraction, extending disc life and helping maintain a cleaner working surface. With its Hook & Loop attachment, the disc is easy to apply, remove, and replace during professional sanding operations.
920 Foam Master Flexible Disc is ideal for primer sanding, clear coat sanding, top coat preparation, paint finishing, blend sanding, orange peel removal, and pre-polishing preparation. It is especially suitable for automotive refinishing, body repair, woodworking, composite finishing, and fine surface correction applications.
Suitable surfaces include primer, clear coat, top coat, and painted surfaces.
