Tai Mei Acrylic Co., Ltd . is one of the leading and longest-established manufacturers of acrylic houseware in Taiwan. We have more than 50 years of experience with injection as well as hand-made acrylic products. We are committed to continue the development of new acrylic products for homes and businesses to meet the ever-challenging demand of sales opportunities. Our ultimate goal is to manufacture highly sellable acrylic products to help our customers to increase their sales. Our factory is located in Rei Fang Industrial Park, New Taipei City, occupying 15,000 square meters of production space. There are nearly one hundred employees in the company, and almost fifty percent have more than ten years of experience manufacturing our products. Tai Mei's modern manufacturing plant is equipped with twenty state-of-the-art injection molding machines ranging from 100 to 600 tons. We have an in-house tool room equipped with CNC milling and lathe machines, as well as other precision equipment used to build and maintain injection molds. In addition, our facilities include various secondary processing machinery such as automated saws and laser cutters, diamond polishers, thermoforming machines, ultrasonic welders, hot stamping, and printing equipment. Our hand-made products use optical grade acrylic (PMMA) sheets manufactured by our affiliated company. The acrylic sheets are produced inside a class 1000 and class 10,000 clean room environment, originally setup to provide sheeting for the TV and monitor industry. From development and design to sampling and mass production, the entire process is completed in-house at our factory. Our products are made from 100% virgin acrylic material supplied by a leading Japanese manufacturer. We design our own products and also welcome OEM and ODM projects to meet any special requirements for homes and businesses. Our beautiful, crystal-clear acrylic products cover a wide range of household uses, including but not limited to kitchenware, cosmetic accessories, home organization, bathware, desk accessories, and photo frames.
