This ensures that every article is manufactured with great attention to detail. Design, quality and attention to detail are the hallmarks of our designs. Habits, rhythms and lifestyles change over time, but these three assumptions remain at the heart of our work. Each product is made from selected fibers and yarns, including merino wool, extra fine wool, cashmere and alpaca. Patterns, essential lines and intense color palettes make the style of Lanerossi products recognizable. Plaids, blankets and cushions enhance every space in the home, from the bedroom to the living room. Founded in 1817 by Francesco Rossi and Eleonora Pasini, Lanerossi boasts a 200-year history of experience. When the founder passed away, Alessandro Rossi took over the management of the wool mill and started a modernization project. This marked the beginning of a period of prosperity and growth which, in addition to the wool mill, involved the Schio Workers' Neighborhood. Between 1872 and 1873 as many as 200 housing units and a nursery school for the children of the wool mill workers were built. In the following years, in the wake of these projects, two primary schools were built and evening training courses were organized at the wool mill. Alessandro Rossi's enlightened leadership made the brand a true emblem of social modernity. With the aim of modernizing the wool mill inherited from his father, the entrepreneur introduces interesting innovations that make Lanerossi a cutting-edge brand. The wooden machines are replaced by steel ones and the production, thanks to technological innovation, is diversified to produce new fabrics. The modernization process of Lanerossi has never stopped.
