We are Mariana and Joana, two cousins carrying forward a legacy of many generations in the cork industry. Our family's manufacturing company, Dimas & Silva, was founded by our parents and has deep roots in this business, overseeing every stage of the process—from cork oak forests to producing the final products tailored for our traditional large-scale clients. Inspired by the incredible potential of this natural material, we decided to create Cork Units, a brand that transforms cork into unique, modern designs for contemporary living. Combining our family's expertise with our passion for innovation, we aim to highlight cork's beauty and versatility in every product we make.
