How the CBM calculation works

The calculator converts each dimension to metres, multiplies length × width × height for one package, then multiplies by quantity. Freight providers may use separate volumetric-weight rules.

Example

A package measuring 100 × 50 × 40 cm has a volume of 0.2 m³. Ten identical packages total 2 m³.
