Our in-house molding shop, plastic injection molding facility, and assembly line ensure we maintain the highest level of production quality. Since our founding, we have served a broad customer base, primarily in exports, as well as through supermarket and store chains, wholesalers, and e-commerce channels. Product Development At Mugiss, we design our products in-house using up-to-date software tools. This is how we ensure the unification of function, visual appeal, and aesthetics in our products. Molding Room Mugiss is one of the few companies capable of producing all of its molds in-house. With our expert, fully local staff and state-of-the-art CNC machinery, we manufacture molds in-house. Our molds are made from high-quality steel. We perform periodic mold maintenance to ensure continuous production. Plastic Injection At Mugiss, we utilize robotic production in our injection molding line. Our main production line is equipped with modern injection molding machines ranging from 90 tons to 320 tons. We process only premium raw materials in our injection molding production line and have experience working with a wide variety of plastic materials. Metal Forming (Press Room) We have our own press room for the production of the metal parts used in our products.
