Fairview Cheese is a pioneering South African cheesery based in Paarl in the Cape Winelands, and one of the country’s most award-winning producers, known for its innovation and quality. What started on a working farm has grown into a range of over 50 cheeses made from goat’s and Jersey cow’s milk. The range includes white moulds, cream cheese, flavoured cheeses, feta, and blue cheese, crafted for both retail and foodservice customers.
