Daiwa Gravure is a company that primarily prints and processes packaging for cosmetics, food, and other products. In order to create the packaging our customers desire, we manufacture packaging that is particular about color reproduction. To date, we have particularly demonstrated our strengths in cosmetics packaging, but with a desire to extend our color strengths beyond packaging to other fields as well, we have launched a project to "reproduce" paintings using gravure printing. Reproducing the beauty of paintings, which use a variety of techniques, through printing requires the skill and sense of a master artisan.
