CHAMPIONS Stainless Mate Base Ham Holder

BUARFE's star ham holder, manufactured in Spain. A polished base made of AISI-304 stainless steel with 6 mm thick, with a gloss finish, a new stylized AISI-304 ironwork in stainless steel that highlights the ham and gives it prominence, a symmetric design to personalize the placing of levers on the right side or on the left side of the holder to each user's taste, accompanied by the upper head and the lower V in black PE-500 polyethylene. Pieces that are closer to the ham are made of black PE-500 polyethylene to safeguard the edge of the knives. The reduction of the cutting height is 4 cm, so it is ideal to work in a comfortable way.

A folding upper head with a rotating cap of greater diameter that enables us to turn the ham around without having to release the leg, it includes a movement to the left/right to correct any deformity of the leg of ham and with spikes on the rotating cap that enable us to hold it firmly at the same time as it centers that foot to turn it later around.

A lower V that is designed not to harm the ham and gives us a great fastening without using spikes with an articulated arm that enables us to reduce the fastening distance and is ideal to cut shoulders. Since this articulated arm has a great number of movements, it enables us to make the third cut without having to balace the holder.

The new Champions model gives us more freedom of movement, its 80º balance enables us to cut the ham in vertical position and to do it for the third time in a comfortable and effective way. A new more efficient 360º cap design, we stop the turn in the chosen position with a minimal pressure of the lever. This turn is ideal to peel the piece, we don't have to move from our place to access all parts of the ham and it is also ideal to show it to the costumer before slicing it.
