Edonist Knife Collection
EDONIST, is a unique collection of kitchen knives designed by knife designer Andrew Stokes exclusively for our brand with the objective of finding the perfect balance between unprecedented cutting dynamics by outweighting the guard and blade heel and unique aesthetics pure design lines.
EDONIST is a range of fully forged knives which means that each knife blade, bolster and tang is hot forged within a solid round steel bar at a 1000°C 2012°F temperature under a sledghammer and heat treated, providing a uniform mollecular structure and great durability.
The EDONIST uses a 4116N Steel : a professional cutlery grade stainless steel featuring 0,5% of Carbon, 15 % of Chromium as well as Vanadium and Molybdenum enriched with Nitrogen to provide additional mechanical strength.
EDONIST is available with hand polished ABS handles in either anthracite black or pearl white featured stainless steel nails and a beveled butt.
The blade bevel V shape 25° cutting edge is manually sharpened to provide you a perfect cut every time. We recommend that blade edge to be sharpened at least on a weekly basis to keep a perfect edge.
We recommend to hand wash the knife immediately dry it with a soft cloth.
Each knife is fully made in French Capital of Cutlery : Thiers, France.
