The frying results are in a different league crispier thanks to excellent heat permeability and heat-resistance up to 500 °C. The UniverSUS surface structure is in a different league harder and has an activatable non-stick effect that is renewed again and again by adding cooking oil.

And by avoiding PFAS & PTFE, Quasar is also in a different league more natural thanks to UniverSUS.The energy core of the special tritherm material gives the Quasar series its special power. A particularly thick aluminium core transports the heat right up into the rim. The energy core is embedded in high-quality stainless steel. The stainless steel makes Quasar particularly robust, easy to clean and suitable for all types of stoves including induction.
