About Cerapoly Coating

CERAPOLY is new developed technology of coating for cookware. Traditional coating method has minimum three steps ①primer ②PTFE(or other coatings) ③top coating(for non-stick). PTFE and top coatings are main layers. If those layers are damaged, non-stick performance is reduced. And primer layer which has function of adhesion is bad for health.

CeraPoly has plasma ceramic, PTFE and top coatings. Plasma ceramic prevents any harmful material ejection. And it makes durability much longer than any other coatings currently exist. Also, it can be use even after the PTFE layer is damaged.

Generally ceramic can not be combined with, or attached with PTFE material. Because ceramic is organic compound and PTFE is inorganic’s. However, CeraPolyis ultimate technology to make both materials bonded. Water absorption into the land is an excellent example. CeraPolycreates porosity and wholes in ceramic layer. And then PTFE coatings covers plasma ceramic layer and some of PTFE fills in those empty space.

In commercial, frying pans which have multiple coating layers can be found easily. However, those coatings are not physically attached.
