On average, we spend up to 10 hours a day sitting down. This puts enormous strain on our backs, muscles and posture, especially when working on unsuitable chairs or static seating. This is exactly where Sitness 4D comes in. It brings natural movement into everyday life and ensures that sitting is no longer passive and stressful, but active, healthy and dynamic.
The Sitness 4D is the latest development in our unique Sitness® technology, which enables three-dimensional sitting and keeps the body active even at rest. Together with Swiss designer and developer Thomas Walser, we have succeeded in taking movement, design and ergonomics to a whole new level. The iconic appearance of the Sitness 4D alone shows that there is more to it than a classic stool.
The technical features:
The seat and body can be rotated 360° when loaded and unloaded. The combination of free-floating compression and tension springs creates a unique mobility that gives the impression of almost floating while sitting.
The effect is immediately noticeable. The back muscles are activated, the spine is relieved, posture is stabilised and sitting suddenly feels surprisingly easy.

One of the most pleasant side effects is that this experience is also enjoyable and enriches everyday working life with a playful aspect.
