The ideal heat is controlled directly on the LotusGrill with the infinitely adjustable regulator dial. The glass hood is fitted swiftly and easily on Lotusgrill’s grill grid. Through the glass the food can be monitored conveniently without having to raise the hood. With the hood on the LotusGrill it becomes a stove where you can bake, roast and slow cook or just hold the goods warm.
