Electric or gas plancha grill in all stainless steel.
- One piece deep-drawn stainless steel plate : Thickness 6 mm (4 mm stainless steel plate + 2 mm aluminum counterplate for optimal heat transfer)
- Stainless steel plate: warranty = 10 years
- 2 independent cooking areas.
- Perfect even spread of the heat thanks to 2 Incoloy heating elements in stainless steel (electric model) or star-shaped with 6-8 branches (gas model).
- Easy cleaning: juice and grease draining in th eremovable and dish-washable drip tray (1L capacity)
Delivered with spatula and recipe book.
