CORDOBA Rotatory Beechwood Ham Holder
Ham holder made in SPAIN, using top-quality, European white beech, with ironworks in a chrome shine finish and stainless steel spikes AISI-304. Thanks to its system of rotatory bushings, you can rotate the ham as much as you please without removing it from the ham holder, and its design allows us to make an easy and comfortable vertical cut.
Its new conical rotatory bush facilitates the entry of the hoof into the bush and includes two stainless steel spikes AISI-304 inside the bush, something very useful to attach and hold the ham more precisely. The new design of the lower part, where the thickest part of the ham is placed, allows us to place the ham without employing any spikes that might damage it. This way, the ham is perfectly fastened in any position, even when it is turned upside down.
In our PREMIUM range, the finish from the wood surface is eco-friendly. Its water-based lacquer makes it suitable for children and domestic use, complying with EN-71-9, EN-71-10 and EN-71-11 standards as it does not contain toxic organic substances. It is also worth to mention that according to the directive 2002/72/EC and its subsequent modifications 2005/79/EC, the resins contained do not include any toxic or hazardous compound that may contaminate food.
