TR is a professional line of high standard knives.

TR Blade The blade is made of high quality Molybdenum/Vanadium stainless steel, with exceptional cutting power, a long-lasting edge and excellent corrosion resistance.

TR Handle The differentiated coloured handle system allows the professional in the different areas of food and ingredient preparation to distinguish each knife to each purpose, avoiding flavors contamination between products. A soft rubber material on the surface allows a very good grip in every condition. Structurally strong to endure an intensive use, due to the harder inner plastic component, injected directly over the blade.
