Our unique and robust non-stick technology is inspired by nature and environment-friendly. BIOTAN® PLUS is reinforced with valuable bio-minerals and offers an excellent long-lasting non-stick effect which allows fat free cooking.

STABLE POURING RIM

Our stable pouring edge will prevent sauce drop marks when pouring.

COUNTER HANDLE

Our counter handle not only shows you the diameter of your pan but can also be used to determine when your pan has reached full temperature. Simply place a drop of water on the counter handle and heat up your pan; when the drop starts to sizzle, your pan is ready.

It also serves as balance handle when serving.

8MM THICK NON-WARPING BASE

Our 8mm thick base heats up fast and retains heat for a very long time, saving you time and energy.

We guarantee that our base will stay warp free and therefore never wobble, saving you energy and therefore money. A wobbly pan needs a lot more energy subsequently making it more expensive in the long run.

A flat base results in uniform results.

GASTROLUX® INDUCTION

Our unique production process includes infusing a Stainless-Steel induction disk into the still liquid Aluminium. Our induction base is one with the pan or pot and cannot ever loosen. Our honeycomb pattern insures even heat distribution, right up to the rim, guarantees solid hold and an optimal connection with all induction hobs.

OVEN-PROOF UP TO 260°C | 500°F

Our fixed Bakelite® handles and lid knobs are heat resistant up to 260°C | 500°F.

Our detachable handle is heat resistant up 160°C / 320°F but are made to be removed when placed in the oven.

Our BIOTAN® PLUS non-stick coating is heat resistant up to 300°C | 572°F. Applicable when the detachable handle is removed or when using our cookware with Stainless-Steel handle.

All of our handles are attached without screws or rivets and are not welded.
