HARD COOK. The cookware commercially called “STONE”, is not a temporary fashion for us but true quality! Collection of frying pans, casseroles, grill pans produced by die-cast aluminium technology that allows to obtain different thicknesses, most in the bottom to distribute and keep heat, even after removing the pan from the flame; which means uniform cooking and considerable energy savings. The high quality of our multi-layer non- stick coating reinforced with mineral particles, provides more non-stick and high abrasion resistance and gives characteristics and aesthetics similar to cooking on stone. Cooking with Hard Cook line, is not necessary to use fat for healthy, dietetic and natural cooking. Pots and pans have handles produced in a single piece of cast aluminium, ensuring its robustness and the possibility to use it directly in the oven.
