LADY Knife Collection

The blades of the knives from the LADY line are made with special conical stainless steel X45CrMoV15 with high hardness 54/55 HRC the same used for PROFESSIONAL line, which preserves their elasticity, flexibility and toughness in the daily uses of all cooking lovers. The blade finish is satin. The quality of the MARTENSITE steel used ensures always perfect cuts even in future resharpening. The ergonomic handle is made of double molding and finished with a non-slip and non-toxic rubbery thermopolymer (Santoprene®), also suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
